Hi! Me and my daughter and our friends book flights departing from Manila to Singapore on 20th August departing from Manila at 0540. We were already in line at the check in counter before 0200. The line is already long and there were only 2 staff attending the international flight. By past 0400, one of the staff left leaving the passengers with one staff to handle them including us and by that time we were 5th in line but since there is only one staff it took us almost 0500 to finally get out and go to the immigration but unfortunately one of my friend were stopped at the immigration for further questioning. Since I am the sponsor, they questioned me also but unfortunately only my friend were tagged by the immigration not me and my daughter and my other friend. I asked my daughter to proceed and go to boarding area and that is already 0520. They came back and she said that they already close the plane door. They told my daughter to rebook the flight and that we have to go out again to rebook. When I went to asked about it, the lady from the boarding area said that we should come earlier. They refund the money for my friend for AU$336.22 and that include the PH Travel Tax. I managed to talk to one of Cebu PAcific refund staff on the phone and she said that for me and my daughter who are foreigner will just get AU$16.18 for both of us. I do understand that because we are foreigner but my other friend who paid $1620 for PH Travel tax will only get 190 Pesos. This doesn’t include the stressed that we’ve been through.

Desired outcome: A refund for the flight to MLA to SG and the money that we spent for our rebooking.
