I recv my shoulder holster for my left handed CZ83. Two days after it's arrival one of the grommets connecting the shoulder strap to the leather square in the center of the back fell out. I need the brown shoulder strap piece replaced or a return order number so I can ship it back for a refund. I have sent 4 emails with pictures and made 8 phone calls to their Full voice mail over the last 2 weeks... I am getting the feeling that I have been cheated...
