Poor customer service
In my years of doing business with online dating websites, this is the worst that I have ever dealt with. After doing business with the website for 2 years, they arbitrarily booted me off without warning over bogus complaints against me.
I tried to resolve the matter with the owner of the website over the phone (after multiple attempts to get a hold of them), but in my opinion, he was extremely rude and self-righteous. I was appalled by his behavior consider the fact that I was a paying customer of his website for 2 years! I do not recommend this website. This was the worst customer experience that I have ever dealt with in my entire life!

My experience was similar. Bogus complaints of forum rule breaking are submitted by other members, CM forum moderators ban you from the forums, then when you submit hard, clear evidence that you broke no forum rules your own complaint ticket returns as "already closed". Attempts to contact the owner are almost impossible. Forum moderators are for the most part extremely unknowledgeable about the Catholic faith they pretend to uphold, and having an unpopular but true point of view from an orthodox Catholic perspective is ridiculed and suppressed by the pseudo Catholic members (including the ignorant moderators). Criticism of forum moderation is not allowed on the public forums, nor is criticism of Catholic Match, as if this mere secular business entity has some God-granted Morally Infallible "Catholic" Authority. Going on this so-called "Catholic" dating site is like a nightmare where one is back to Catholic high school, only the children are in charge, not the nuns. Totally unCatholic, and totally unprofessional, this online dating site is The Worst Ever.
