I had purchased and paid for an Industrial Doughnut Machine and Candy Floss Machine on the 01/09/2023 from Caterquip Ballito. I did not take delivery of it as their technician was supposed to deliver the machines to me and set up and instruct how to use it. Despite my numerous calls to the store and personal visits I was informed that the technician was not available. I was advised to take the candy floss machine as it is easy to operate. When I put it on it did not work and was not even heating up. I took the candy floss machine back to the store and it did not work at the store as well. Believe me I was told that this is a new machine. I was told by the Manager that the technician will have a look and will bring the two machines to me. I informed the manager that if the technician does not deliver the machines on that Saturday we are cancelling the order and we must have our money back.

Saturday the technician did not come. We went to the store and instructed the manager that we are cancelling the order.

Long story short despite numerous telephone calls to the Ballito branch who gave us numbers of owner, finance person from head office etc. for us to call to discuss my refund. My son called and and I left numerous messages to call and to date no response.

I did not take deliver of the machines and I require my refund of R30 000.00 which I have not received to date.
