The service was bad. They didn't have any cups or sign for price. Then over priced a drink that was.89. The cup was half full because they used icey cups instead because there where no tops. The total was pass 3.00. I only wanted to feed my handicap grandmother at home with one leg. It felt like I was re living the time I came in for the holidays and the work told be,"[censored], pick your money up and put it in my hand." this was not the first time I had been called this there. (thinking of it makes me cry alot).
Desired outcome: I feel distressed and I can't go on without knowing if I can reimbursed for the time I have missed out on life important events
Food prepared in-store
This morning we bought 2 cajun rice bowls what you're normally delicious. Today, there is so much salt pre added that it is actually inedible. It tastes like play dough with meat in it. We have wasted this money, so I called the store and was promptly hung up on. Very unprofessional, very rude! Especially considering that we are regular customers to this establishment, however they do not care about their patrons.

Ibrahim, at the 4115 address of brothers food Mart is a very rude man. He has been the few times I have had him wait on me but I let it go. This time I will not. I plan on complaining until they fire this guy. Everyone else has always been cool. He is not. I have made my last purchase at any Brothers food Mart and if they stay in business without me then they don't need my business.
Illegal workers
Brothers food mart has many mexicans and illegal workers working for them! they work 20-30 hours of overtime but get paid straight pay! they only pay below min. wage and do so at all 23 locations. they make millions of dollars but will only hire muslims and mexicans! they are racest and should be shut down for illegal tax acts and illegal workers! they also buy illegal cigs with out stamps! thats totally illegal! they are ### and should be shut down, i have a over 100 signatures for banning the expansion of any more stores! keep the money in new orleans instead of letting mexicans send money back to their country! the owners should have their millions taken away and the mexicans should be deported and the moey should be paid to the irs. they fired me over one year ago, but i can't keep my mouth closed! they are gready, and should be deported! also, the chicken sometimes is dropped on ground and cooked anyway, ask anyone there! also, some stores sell drugs! just ask for bridge city or stone bridge! i can't even stress enough how cheap these people are. they deserve to loose every store and loose their cars.
