I went to cash express last week, as we do nearly every week. It is a 90 mile round trip. I asked the (I assume mgr.) if they had any Apple MacBook Pro's. "Only one, he said. He pulled it off the shelf and showed it to me. The price on the front of the MacBook said 349.99. I asked if that was that the best he could do and he said yes, however the computer was well worth what the sticker price reflected. I told the man that I had several tasks while I was in town, but Monday I would be back with the $400 as he had already figured the price including tax.
You and I and the world all know that every pawnshop has cameras - so I believe the man said,"you bring $400.00 and it is yours. Which will be gathered from the audio of your security cameras for that day. Luckily, I called before I left to make sure the item was there. The lady said yes, but now the price has been changed to 499.99. It is not my responsibility to price your items, nor is it my responsibility to price them fairly. It is your guys' negligence.

I found none of the fact that I could've driven there for no reason funny or amusing, however, not only did the lady on the phone find her-self amused. She was equally amused with the fact that he did not even tell me the correct year the computer was produced.
I should be waived that 150 bucks. I have upped your income almost every week for a couple of years. If we cannot reach a resolution concerning this issue, it will not only cost that store a lot of money, but all of your other stores as well. I'm sure you couldn't care less to lose 1 customer, but if they weren't eager to serve patrons that come weekly, they certainly won't be eager to help anyone else, and that my friend is why you have only received 2 stars in each and every category of your review. Do the right thing for once and do what is right.
