CarRentals.com review: I made reservations, due to flight cancellations, I was not refunded.

I flew with Frontier Airline (my first mistake) from St. Louis, MO. to Santa Anna, CA. on 8/17/19. My early flight was canceled & it was pushed 3 hours, meaning I missed my connecting flight to my destination and I could not get my already pre-paid rental car to be picked up at 4:30 Pm same day. I was transferred to LAX that's 50 miles north of my original destinations & could not get there!
l have gotten all documents to prove that my flight cancelation caused me to miss my car rental, My reservations was LSVP00A53D.
I have emailed my documents several times, have called numerous times, but heard NOTHING back from them.
CARRENTAL A TOTAL FAKE, AND FRAUD COMPANY! My friends PLEASE do not get FOOLED by their discount & specials on- line. You will loose your money and get nothing back!
When I talked to the rental company (U-Save Rental) they stay defensive rudely asked me to contact CarRental! My paid $242 is down the drain!
My advice is always reserve directly from the company web site and not the fake web base like CarRental.
