I am very disappointed in the quality of the customer support or service of carousell. I have been using it for years and all has worked out but recently I had a buyer that wanted to pay via carousell for the buyers protection security so i had to link my bank account and fill in details and RM 2 was deducted from my bank account from carousell.
Then, the buyer tells me that she tried to make payment but it didn’t go through after many attempts so I re-checked everything and my account is linked and the settings > balance filled the required details and still the team is only going in circles asking the same questions and are either very lazy or refuse to investigate this ticket properly.
All I want is to be able to accept the payment in my carousell balance so i can courier the items over to the buyer once I receive payment but even this process seems impossible at the moment so i have reached my limit here and it is something everyone using carousell should know.
I will also take it further to social media if this is ignored because where is the reliability? Where is the professionalism of employees under Carousell? It gives such a negative image.
