CarmelLimo is the perfect choice when you need to get to or from JFK airport to your family's home located in the Hudson Valley. These folks are always punctual, if not early, which is a plus. The drivers are always professional in every aspect. I have been using CarmelLimo for quite some time now and wouldn't choose anyone else. They're that good!

I gotta say, the limo service me and my folks got for my brother's wedding was pretty swell. We ordered the 40 peeps party bus and man, it was mondo cool! I'd totally suggest y'all go and hit up Carmellimo for anything even remotely close to this gig. Honestly, we had an epic time in that bus - it was the ideal setting for my brother's big day.

From our driver, who was an absolute diamond geezer by the way, to the actual bus itself, everything was top notch. The driver was polite and courteous (which nowadays is a rare find), the bus was prestine and clean, and the sound system on that thing was totally pumping!

All in all, our bro's nuptials were really made all the more special thanks to Carmellimo's party bus. The rest of the wedding party thought it was dog's [censored] too! So again, if y'all need anything close to a 40 passenger party bus in Carmellimo, don't hesitate - go and see for yerself how awesome it all is. Cheers!

Waited around 20 mins once we called to be picked up after we caught our luggage. However, CarmelLimo didn't follow through with their promise and failed to show up. We decided to call them again after about 25 minutes to ask how long it would be until we were picked up and they told us to wait another 30 to 40 minutes. Totally unacceptable! This experience alone had left us with a bad taste in our mouths. We'll definitely steer clear of CarmelLimo in the future as we found it to be a wasteful of time and no one wants to deal with unreliable transportation when traveling.

i mean, the limo was kinda cool but it doesn't make up for the bad attitude and slow service. i wouldn't recommend it to my friends.

I have had the chance to book a few rides with CarmelLimo, and unfortunately, I have not had the best experience as a customer. The employees were quite rude and not very helpful when I was making my reservation. As for the service provided, it was not the greatest. Although I was in a hurry, things eventually worked out, but I am hesitant to book with them again. While the limo itself was pretty cool, it did not make up for the discourtesy and the sluggish service. Overall, I would not suggest CarmelLimo to my acquaintances.

I booked a ride with CarmelLimo's website a couple of days before my flight. I was very excited to try their service especially since the time and the car was confirmed. Unfortunately, when the day of my flight came, no car showed up to pick me up. What made things worse was the fact that I missed my flight which caused me a massive inconvenience. When I contacted their customer service, the representative informed me in a very unhelpful tone "we're in NYC sorry" which I found to be very rude and dismissive.

To add insult to injury, I still have not received my refund. It is frustrating to see that a company like CarmelLimo would do this to their customers, especially when they promise professional and reliable service. I cannot imagine using their service again and would not recommend it to anyone else. It is truly a shame that I have to go through this experience. If you need reliable car service, I would suggest going somewhere else. So please avoid using CarmelLimo.

Really great limo service! I always go with CarmelLimo when I'm in NYC. Got picked up early and the driver was boss, got me to the airport with hella time to kill. So I was going to catch a ride with CarmelLimo, I was really excited about the ride! However, when the ride arrived, the driver dropped me off at the wrong hotel even though I told him not to. He didn't seem to care much and started asking me for a tip right away regardless of the inconvenience caused. I knew something was fishy at this point.

I was left with no choice and I gave him a tip so that he could take me to the right hotel. After getting the tip, he just drove away without any concern for me or my kid who were carrying 4 pieces of luggage. We were stranded in New York on the sidewalk and this was totally unexpected, anyone would surely feel helpless in such a situation.

So I called CarmelLimo's customer service and explained the situation to them. I thought they would be helpful but they told me that I needed to pay for a new ride, just to get to the correct hotel. This was nothing more than a scam, I felt cheated.

In conclusion, I would not recommend CarmelLimo to anyone who wants a reliable service. Their drivers don't seem to care about their customers and their customer service is not helpful at all. I would advise anyone looking for a good shuttle service to try another company, one with more reliable and helpful service.
