The contractor did not complete the job and took money for supplies and never came back. From two of his websites that I located other people are complaining of the same scams he did. I am out almost $20 thousand and it's been a year. He never took permits out the way he claimed he did, the only reason I found out was that I went to the town hall to collect information only to be told no permit on file. He needs to lose his ability to do business. He has two addresses and two different websites; 795 White Horse PK, Oaklyn, Nj, and 1223 North 33rd Street Camden, NJ 08105. Please help.

Desired outcome: I want my money back and what I had to come out of pocket because of all this. I also want his license to be suspended indefinitely so that he can not do this to anyone else.
