Carethy review: PHB electric toothbrush with no replacements

I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer care team of Carethy. It's regarding order number PHA-GB-251124140103d4139 - I purchased an electric PHB toothbrush that has no replacements so it's very pointless because it means I'll only be able to use it for 3 / 4 months (dentists recommend to replace the brushes every 3 / 4 months). After contacting customer care team they sent me 5 links of non-compatible replacements so I found it very misleading as it seems that they wanted to upsell me a non-compatible replacement. I've requested a refund of the toothbrush I purchased but they don't seem to grant it. Very unhelpful team and dissatisfying experience.
