Careem Captain — in lahore pakistan
I had book my ride at about 10:30 am today from Sector C Askari 11 Lahore Pakistan to Daewoo Terminal Thikar Niaz Bage.
Mr. Muhammad Waqas Tassadaq driving white WagonR Reg #LEE-8606 pick the rid. After waiting for 15 minutes whe call him he responded that he is on the way.
His location on app was not visible. After another 10 min i call him again he still could not locate the way to my pick point. As he was actually bussy some where and was not started yet moving. Cos i was getting late so i requested if he is not interested he can cancel the ride. But he insist that he is coming.
After a wait of next 15 min when i call again he started abusing and say to be patient we are serving u with fatigue etc bla bla.
I told him that i am getting late and will lost my ticket wich was booked on Daewo from LHR to RWP but he started abusing and ask u may cancel i am not coming and not cancelling the ride.
With no other option left i had to cancel the ride and book a fresh ride.
I would like to see a strict action against him with feedback be provided as well
