Had promotional account and knew it was ending in November. Money had been tight in previous months so I was making the majority of my payments then. I tried to log into the Credit Care app and kept receiving messages to try again later with no further explanation. So I finally am able to log into the account and see a huge 35% interest rate dropped on my account. So I make a quick over due payment because my promotion had ended while I couldn't log in. Next I call into Credit Care to see if I can get the charges waived and pay off the rest of the dues only to be told that my time to fight the charges had expired yesterday (conveniently for them). Is this how businesses are run now... block customers online so they can't pay and then charge them more.
