I got an account with TFC Tuition Financing and let me tell you, they're just awful. They claim to be helpful during this whole Covid situation, but honestly, they're not. They go ahead and report you to the credit bureaus the moment you're late, even if you've been on time all along and you happen to catch Covid. It's the worst company ever, they don't even bother to lend a hand.

TFC Tuition Financing is the worst company for managing school loans. Unfortunately, my daughter's trade school forced us to work with them, as we had no other option. However, they don't function like a proper loan company. Their communication is terrible, and their staff is rude and unprofessional (it feels like there's only one person working there). I wonder if they even report to credit agencies... I really hope they get exposed for their interest charges. I wish I could rate them 0 stars.

I got some wrong stuff on my credit report that I argued about, but I never got the results in 30 days. ***i says this account is against the rules and reported without good proof. TFC CREDIT T14860*** $4,436.00.

This company has violated my rights! I didn't give this company written consent to report anything on my credit report, but they've been reporting for years! 15 USC ***b 15 USC *** section 602 A- right to privacy. They've been reporting lots of errors.

I'm a regular person just like you, and I want to share my experience with TFC Tuition Financing. Unfortunately, I had a problem with them misusing my personal information, which resulted in some inaccurate accounts appearing on my credit report. They accessed my credit report without permission, which is totally not cool. I really want them to delete those items and provide me with some monetary compensation. It's only fair, right?

They started off by wrongly telling the credit bureaus that I missed a payment. I actually paid three months' worth of payments in January, but just a week later, they reported it as a missed payment on my credit report. My account was up to date and not late at all. In fact, I made the payment earlier than expected. Then, on the 20th of January, I made an additional payment to the company. I paid the exact amount they asked for, which was clearly stated on the February statement. However, when I checked my account, they deceitfully added a dollar to my balance, claiming it was due on the 5th or else my account would be sent to collections. It's already February, and I've made four payments to try and reduce my account balance, but they keep adding fraudulent charges to my account.

I went to school at The ***. I took a loan to pay for school but only got *** of classes before the school closed. They sent me to ***. I paid cash for the rest of my ***. Now they're still charging for *** even though it's all paid. They're directly debiting my bank account for money I didn't get and charging me interest. The remainder is being sent to my ***. I called, and they said to talk to *** of ***. Then I called them, and they told me to talk to ***. The *** told me to call TFC. It's like a triangle of calling someone else. If I don't get a resolution soon, I'll be filling in my local court.

I want to report that my identity has been stolen, and I kindly ask you to block any accounts that are being disputed as fraudulent on my credit reports from Transunion, Equifax, and Experian. These accounts do not relate to any transactions that I have made, and I did not give anyone permission to use my personal information. I am exercising my legal rights, as stated by Congress and The ***, which clearly states that when a victim of identity theft disputes a fraudulent account on their credit report, all credit bureaus must honor it. They should block all fraudulent information within 4 days and notify all data providers, as outlined in section 605b of The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act.1. TFC CREDIT CORP balance is $0.00, and the account number is ***.

I talked to a supervisor named *** on 6/23 about a check I sent to TFC. The check was sent by certified mail, and I have proof that it was received at the post office. I called TFC to let them know about this. The check was for an amount greater than what I owed, so I expected a refund. On that day, *** confirmed that my student loan balance was $635. The check I sent was for $902, so I should have received a refund of $267. However, *** was very unprofessional and didn't provide good customer service. I called again on 7/13 at 3pm and spoke to ***. They threatened to delay my refund because I asked for a statement showing my paid balance and the refund amount. I have the right to request this information. *** was once again unprofessional and rude, and they contradicted the refund amount I was supposed to receive. I now feel like I have to take legal action because I don't trust them.

TFC CREDIT Account Number: *** This Account is right and I want to take legal action, so please delete it right away. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. ***g, I have the right to ask you to show me all the papers that you have in your file right now about the accounts that you are reporting on my credit report. Please don't just say that these accounts have been checked. Send me the papers that you have in your files that were used to check them. If you don't have any papers in your files to check if these accounts are right, then please delete them right away as it says in Section 611(a)(5)(A)(i). By putting these wrong and unverified things on my credit report and giving them to other people, you are hurting my reputation and my credit.
