It was never explained to me that when I applied for this card, the interest was "deferred". I was told the promotional period expired and charged 50% more of the original amount. I had it set up for autopay and just noticed it now. I asked them to remove the interest, and I would pay the card in full to close it. The promotion just expired in December and they basically said too bad it was on your statement. This is robbery.

Claimed loss: $2,942

Desired outcome: I was them to remove the deferred interest so I can pay off the card and close it.
