CareCredit review: Being charged over $5,000 thousand dollars

I was charged an additional $5,000 dollars because I didn't pay my balance off within a year - I had NO idea this would happen and has I known I would've paid my balance off. I'm asking you take this off of my charge as I elected the two year plan. I am really hoping we can work this out amicably as I have no intention of paying an additional $5,000 dollars on top of the money I am already paying!
