Care.com review: Level of care professionals can vary greatly

I have used Care.com to find caretakers for my elderly facility for a few years. The level can vary greatly. I feel that care.com should do a much better job, or at least have a better process of vetting their caretakers. people, consumers, families, parents, facility owners depend on them to make sure dangerous people, drug abusers, and convicted felons should not be allowed to post for jobs. a mandatory background check should be required.
