I purchased a subscription with care.com to obtain caregiving services to remain in my home. After posting my job listing they blocked my account. I have 31 applicants that I am unable to contact to hire. Now I am in the hospital and can't return home without caregiving in place so will lose my home.
I have called and messaged care.com to resolve the issue but they have still not given me access after 2 weeks.
Not only can I not contact the 31 applicants to my post but now I can even login with my password or receive a link to reset my password. Other people are not having issues with their accounts just my email address is clearly being unjustifiably blocked. I am now in the hospital unable to return home without caregiving in place. Thanks to care.com I won't be able to hire one of the applicants or utilize a service they charged me for. As a result I cannot leave the hospital and will probably lose my home
Claimed loss: $45 subscription fee they took without providing the service
Desired outcome: Provide the agreed upon service and return my money for the inconvenience.
