We had a caregiver that showed up an hour late, then after only working an hour and a half went and smoked something in her car for 30 min, came in and sent me a text (while I was in meetings) that she was leaving. Subsequently, we believe she made a complaint on us on care.com to get us kicked off the site so we could not give her a poor review. They are willing to continue working and send out a caregiver that abandoned a fall risk elderly man. They have 0 customer service and will not help. Do NOT use or give them your money. We will be using other services.
