I would like to send you my bill for services which add up to $1,988. including doctor's visit which never took place (I was seen only by a PA) and Remote Physiological Monitoring Mgmt. which I cancelled because ifs exorbitant cost to Aetna. Aetna paid $1,847.09 of this; I am being billed $70 which I will not pay as I did not receive all the service...
