Cardiac Solutions review: Medical visits

I would like to send you my bill for services which add up to $1,988. including doctor's visit which never took place (I was seen only by a PA) and Remote Physiological Monitoring Mgmt. which I cancelled because ifs exorbitant cost to Aetna. Aetna paid $1,847.09 of this; I am being billed $70 which I will not pay as I did not receive all the services listed. Please send me an address where I can send the bill I received. Although my visits with the PAs lasted only a few minutes, on 12/31/2025, I was billed an additional $118. for an additional 20 minutes which did not occur and on 1/31/2026, $248. for an additional 20 minutes which also did not occur. I don't know how many months this had been going on for. I changed from Cardiac Solutions to IMS in Surprise, AZ and was examined by a doctor, not a PA and he found sounds in my neck that are indicative of carotid artery. I had carotid artery surgery on the other side of my neck. I am scheduled for tests. This may have been going on for a while but I was not seen by a doctor at Cardiac Solutions for over a year.
