Car Shield review: I called and cancelled my contract and they just lowered the amount

It was on the 16 th of june 2022 I called information got the phone number and called the phone I said cancel my contract I got transfered to someone and was told it would be cancelled. Never was and they took money out of my account now wont reinverse me told me I never called them I didnt write the phone number down. Now im just messed up now./I want to know what to do.
