I called CarShield customer service because my payment method had expired and I went online and changed it so that my payment would be deducted on time. After I updated the payment method I accidentally made 2 payments by mistake. I called and a guy named Wyatt answered. I told him what I had did and asked him to stop or refund one of the payments. He proceeded to tell me that they didn't do refunds and I should've called them to update my account and the money would be applied to the next months bill. I told him I didn't ask for a refund to just void out one of the payments. He became very rude and stated what he couldn't do. Since he was being rude I told him to cancel my contract so he transferred me to the department and the young lady took care of the problem so I didn't cancel my contract. If you could kindly explain to the young gentleman that he needs to freshen up on his customer service skills and listen to the customer before he starts ranting about no refunds and telling me I should've call to change my payment method instead of doing it myself. I also want to let him know that I'm quite capable of handling my own account and my money. A mistake was made and I asked him to rectify the mistake and last I want him to know that I'm a retired military person that has managed a lots more men, women and companies in customer service and work environments for larger than he has. Thanks
