Capital Towing

My guest's car was towed from the Winding Creek Aprt in Grand Prairie, Tx, even though I have confirmation that it was registered for 3 separate nights. The worst part is the tow truck driver visibly damaged the car in the process. There are also skid marks curving out of the parking spot where the car was parked; as if the car was drug. With out me even explaining what happened to my car, the Mechanic told be what was wrong and how it happened. The repairs were quoted to be over nine hundred dollars.
