Capital Contracting

Jimmy arranged the driveway to be pulled up and re-asphalted. His crew was here and the work was done quickly and cleanly. He said there was a 3-year guarantee. At this point, the driveway has been down for 2 months. On the first warm day, driving on the driveway left car tire tracks embedded, and when the wheel of the car was turned, it basically put a hole in the driveway. I have tried to contact by phone, email, and ***, but I haven't received any response.

Capital Contracting is a company that charges high prices for their services. They claim to offer deals, but only accept cash and don't provide receipts. We paid them $3k to level our flagstone walkway, which already had cracks in the concrete. They ignored our requests for repairs and didn't show up until 6 months later. When they finally arrived, they didn't even remember our place but still offered to do the work for a "great deal"!

The work was done in December , but the concrete cracked again within a week. We tried to reach out to them through begging, messages, and emails, but they completely ignored us. Then, on May 24, 2022, they drove by our house and came out of their truck to try and "sell me a great deal."

Overall, our experience with Capital Contracting was extremely disappointing. They overcharged us, didn't provide proper receipts, and ignored our requests for repairs. The quality of their work was subpar, as the concrete cracked shortly after it was done. It's clear that they prioritize making money over providing satisfactory service to their customers.
