Canadian Comfort replaced all our windows with new ones on our old house in the Glebe and we were totally impressed with the result: both products and services are beyond expectations! The team is very professional, reliable and wonderful to work with. Special thanks to John, Sarah, and the entire installation crew for their outstanding commitment to excellence! I can be hard to please at times, but dealing with Canadian Comfort for install of some windows was indeed a pleasure! They arrived when they said they would, and went over & beyond what would normally be required to remove an old A/C unit from the window before they could install the new windows. Not only were they friendly & efficient, but they were meticulous in cleaning up after the job. Would definitely have no qualms about recommending them to friends.

We were very pleased with our experience with Canadian Comfort from the sales representative that came to our home to those that installed the windows. We were completely surprised to receive a call our windows were in when ordered the estimate time was end of August to September, because of Covid restrictions on manufacturing side. We are enjoying the view from going from 1960's windows to North Star. Our neighbours liked the look of them, so you may hear from them.

Canadian Comfort did an excellent job with replacing 8 windows in our home because we used a different company for other windows - we wished we had used CC for all of them. The price was competitive and they completed the job in only 1 day. We were told at time of ordering, because of COVID not to expect install until late fall but instead, the windows are already in. The install and windows supplied were very high quality and we are very happy with the North Star windows. We would recommend them.

This was a first class operation beginning to end. Starting with the sales representative who did not pressure us in the least, answered all our questions and, if he needed to, followed up with experts if he wasn't sure. Then it was installation, where the installers were artists. Courteous and polite and extremely conscientious. The job was done to our complete satisfaction and I would have no reservations recommending Canadian Comfort to anyone for new doors and windows. A pleasant experience and I haven't always had those with contractors!

Amazing company, quality product and workmanship add to that the amazing customer service. From the time they pick up the phone to answer your call you are made to feel welcome. Your business and satisfaction matters to them. They set up an appointment and when the day arrives they call enroute to give an accurate arrival time. Non of that we'll be there between 9 and 4 baloney You are given an estimate and time line and it is accurate. Honesty is a hard thing to put a price on in today's world. Canadian Comfort gives it for free.

I couldn't be happier with my windows. This company is amazing. Canadian Comfort prioritizes customer satisfaction (yes - that still exists!). The product is beautiful and sturdy and the installers were knowledgeable, efficient and cleaned afterwards. The team at Canadian Comfort was communicative and made sure everything was to my satisfaction throughout the entire process. Highly recommended! On another note - It is so very important to check reviews on Trustpilot as they cannot be changed after compensation for bad service. Something I learned after dealing with another company.

Purchased new high quality Canadian-made NorthStar windows (triple pane) and patio door. The entire process from product selection, measurements through to final installation and inspection was quite efficient and went very smoothly. Staff (John, Sarah and Michael) were very knowledgeable and highly responsive. Installation by Mark and team was top notch fine craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail; took the time to do the work properly; and answered all questions posed clearly. Will definitely use Canadian Comfort again and recommend them highly.

This company truly goes above and beyond to keep their customers happy. I had 9 windows and 2 doors replaced by them and they ensured the job was done right. They cleaned up afterwards and gave me all of the required warranty info/ care info. When I had to make a claim they responded quickly and had no issues with replacing the damaged window. When I had a leak happening - the door turned out not to be the problem - the owner came out on Christmas Day to check on it when I was ok waiting until January. I would absolutely recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Would highly recommend Canadian Comfort. Starting from realistic scheduling-came when they said they would, being on time; working consistently - not taking breaks all the time so completed on time; neat and tidy with their tools, materials and waste during the work and overnight; pleasant staff yet considerate - no talking too much to me or too loudly important as two of us working from home during the installation; and finally the windows and seriously the finishing looks great! I just had the walls painted in January and no touch-ups needed around the new windows. I am very pleased!

The whole team at Canadian Comfort Windows and Doors remind me of what customer service used to be when companies cared about their customers. We had all 8 windows and 1 door in our home replaced by Canadian Comfort and everyone we dealt with, from getting a quote to the installation , was fantastic. The installers were quick, tidy, and very personable. We had 5 windows installed in 2019 and 3 windows installed in 2020. One of the windows from the 2019 installation was not closing properly and within 15 minutes of my call, someone was on their way to come and repair it. I can't say enough good things about this company. The team prides themselves on their customer service and they are definitely worth 5 stars. I'd give them all more if I could.

I highly recommend Canadian Comfort because the service throughout the process was professional, timely, and pleasant. The salesperson was friendly, spent the time to discuss options and pricing without sales pressure. Three windows and a patio door were installed. The installation was scheduled on time, with information and instructions provided a week in advance. The installation was done efficiently by two experienced professionals who were extremely courteous, conscientious, and who took pride in their work. Time was taken to correct and patch an original window opening that had not been level, and the craftsmanship is evident in all of the finishing and trim work. I would use them again for future window replacements.

Canadian Comfort Merival Road. I just wanted to say how happy I have been with the service I received through the years from the Canadian Comfort. We had all our windows installed with NO PROBLEMS! Professional installers who took the time to explain what they were doing and how long they expected to take. Cleaned the area in which they worked as if they were never there. Later on I bought a front door from Canadian Comfort and I had had NO issues. I recently had a problem with my patio screen door handle. Right from the first call, the receptionist at the front desk directed me to John, who called me back right away. I told him that my screen door handle was finished and my wife was worried that the cats would get out. Cats are pretty smart! The screen door being 10 years old, my chances of getting a part were slim. John said that he would do his best to find the part or a replacement. Good to his word and his due diligence, he found a part in Quebec City. When the part arrives he will call me for pick up. That is the kind of service that we should always expect but he went one step further. When I asked him about the cost and courier service he said NO CHARGE! Great Company to work with! 2 years ago we needed to replace our 4 basement windows because they were rotting away. After doing some research on google, we came across Canadian Comfort and given all the good reviews they had, it was a no brainer to go with them. John, one of the representatives there came by, gave us a quote and in no time our windows had arrived and were installed in a days time leaving us very satisfied with the service and quality of the windows. 2 years later, it was time to replace our 7 upstairs windows including our 2 large picture windows and 1 window in our shower. So, we called and were pleasantly surprised that John, the representative we dealt with a couple years prior was still with the company. It gave us confidence this isn't the kind of company that just has people coming and going but rather a family owned business who takes pride in the services they offer. So, John came back out, gave us another reasonable quote so we decided to go ahead with them for the second time. A few months later, we received a call our windows were in and they could come and install them the following week. This couldn't of worked out better because we are expecting our first baby in a month and we really wanted them done before he arrives! Fast forward a week, the installation team came and installed all 7 windows in one day. They were super friendly and very efficient with their time. I can not say enough good things about the service we were provided. We are very pleased with our 11 new windows and feel they were a great investment to improve the value of our home. Not to mention the life time transferable warranty which we know will be a great selling factor come time of selling in a few years. I don't usually take the time to write reviews but I had to share just how pleasant of an experience we had with Canadian Comfort. In another couple of years we will likely be replacing our front and back door and fully plan on calling them back to do the job!

We went with Canadian Comfort after receiving a recommendation from a family member, and seeing their window/patio door project that was completed last year. While we obtained other quotes, we went with Canadian Comfort based on the recommendation and their reasonable pricing (on par with other companies, but we significantly less than at one quote we received). With Canadian Comfort we replaced 11 windows (1 bay and 10 others), as well as a patio door and two exterior doors. John, who we worked with on the window options, quote, and measurements, was easy going, helpful, and knowledgeable. He was able to work with us to make our upstairs windows slightly smaller (shorter) to ensure our new windows (casement style vs our older awning style) didn't hit the sloped roof overhang, as well as make the bay window slightly smaller to ensure the side opening panels could be triple pane without exceeding the maximum window dimensions. The size change is not noticeable, but the benefits are (casement windows open wider for better airflow, better thermal and sound insulation from the triple pane). Mike and Dave did an excellent job on our install. They worked hard and efficiently and completed all 11 windows and 3 doors in 2 ½ days (albeit long days). They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves (as much as possible anyway, with how much dust gets kicked up), and the workmanship was top notch; the mitred corners are tight and the trim is actually ready to paint (this was a common complaint from friends and neighbours when I was asking for recommendations and about their experience with other companies). Only a few small places that I needed to patch; that was expected and is largely due to the smaller window dimensions and some previous wall damage (water infiltration, etc.). As with any construction project, there were a few small deficiencies that needed fixing, mostly due to preference on how we wanted the final product to look (e.g. how the new trim was integrated into old baseboard and wainscoting), and not due to poor workmanship; Mike and Dave were quick to fix the trim to our preference. We will definitely recommend them to others looking for window and door replacements, and in fact we already have �" one of our neighbours has already signed a contract to have a few of their windows replaced by them in the next few weeks.
