We've used this company a few times and every time expectations were met with great customer service all around. The team at Accent Southwest Windows & Doors and Niko installed a front door, sliding back door, and large window for us and did a great job. We will continue to use them whenever we need any windows or doors replaced.

Today, Antonio and Luis came by to install a storm door at my home. Their customer service was very professional. Aside from this, the team at Accent Southwest did a professional job measuring, matching the color and scheduling my appointments. This is the first time I've contacted them and would highly recommend them.

My granddaughter and I selected the doors. After installation, I sent her some photos and her reaction was "HOLY COW IT LOOKS SO GOOD" "Woo Hoo!" Due to supply chain issues, it took many months for the doors to arrive, but the wait was worth it. The installation by the team of professionals and experts was superb. They were friendly, quick, and thorough in doing their job.

I want to extend my appreciation to Antonio Cervantes and Luis Perez who installed our French Doors with screen doors. They were very professional. They covered all our furniture with plastic and cleaned after themselves as they worked. They used masks during the Installation . They left the area as they found it. Thank-you it was a pleasure having them in our home.

We love our doors! They look great and work exceptionally well. Everything went smoothly from ordering to installation. We expected to wait 15 weeks for our doors, but they arrived much sooner than that and we had them installed quickly. John and Sarah were a fantastic installation team. They worked diligently, efficiently, and with outstanding quality. They communicated effectively and cleaned up perfectly.

The company has been very professional from day one. The installation team was punctual and efficient, as they called to say they were on the way and arrived when they said they would be at my home. They were professional, courteous, and thorough in their work, even taking the time to clean and vacuum after the installation. I was also provided with a helpful demonstration on how to use the in blind doors and the locks for the patio door and windows. I would highly recommend this company.

Accent Southwest Windows & Doors and their team were SO professional, SO nice, SO knowledgeable and SO happy to answer our questions that the whole process of replacing our 34 windows was a joy. And those benefits were evident from the day we first met John, a key member of their Sales team. And Norm showed up again near the completion of their work just to make sure everything was perfect. Antonio and Luis installed our new sliding glass door on the 5th of October . They are perfectionist. Which we greatly appreciated. The door is beautiful. But, after the door looks so beautiful I had to get all my windows cleaned so it would match the clean new sliding glass door. Perfect work ethics and appreciated all their efforts during this pandemic. One thing is they accidently left their shovel with us. It's here if they would like it.

I had four windows replaced with Accent Southwest. They made everything so easy. We met with their representative to pick out the best windows for our needs. She was knowledgeable about all of our options and explained them in easy-to-understand terms. Our windows were installed by their team and they were professional, installed the windows effectively, ensured that everything looked amazing, and offered a demonstration of all of the features of the new windows. I'm so happy with our decision to use Accent Southwest and will be contacting them again soon to replace other windows in our home.

We recently had 13 windows replaced by Accent Southwest and we are totally satisfied with the service: from beginning to end. Beginning with the sales representative who visited our home initially to show us your products and determine our needs and concluding with the installation of our windows by the installation team, who proved to be not only professionally skilled at installation of the windows but also adaptable and innovative in dealing with an unforeseen problem discovered during installation of our master bedroom window. They both worked diligently and a 10-hour day to complete the work on time. We would give 10 stars if we could...

After Accent Southwest Windows & Doors installed windows and doors for us in 2020 (and did excellent work then), we contacted them for a new job this year (2022): a new sliding glass door and another exterior door. Just as before, the team -- John and Sarah -- arrived on time, sealed off part of our house (since there was a bit of lead paint where they were working), laid down protective plastic on both areas of the house, and got to work. The installation of the doors was completed efficiently. The team cleaned up all the debris after they finished their jobs and even vacuumed the areas where they worked. We are extremely satisfied with the new air-tight well-built doors - and appreciate the professionalism and workmanship of John and Sarah!

From the beginning, our request was difficult. We wanted a new basement door, but one that opened out instead of in. At first the person doing our estimate wasn't sure they could do it at all, but he worked on it and a few days later was able to give us the good news. When the custom door and frame arrived, they made an appointment for installation. Unfortunately, there was an emergency and they had to postpone our installation. But they let us know as soon as they could and kept in touch with a new appointment. This morning Antonio and Luis came for the install. They encountered difficulties, but kept working through until we had a beautiful installation. Antonio and Luis went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend Accent Southwest (and Antonio and Luis) if you need any doors or windows replaced.

We recently had a new patio door installed to replace one with a broken seal. Antonio and Luis performed the new installation and removal of the previous door. Both Antonio and Luis were a pleasure to work with on this installation. It is clear that doing an excellent job is very important to them as they even took the time to re-extract the new door when it was having leveling issues to make sure that it was installed just right. They were very courteous and helped us understand the entire installation process. The new patio door is absolutely amazing and significantly improved on what we had before. They cleaned up the entire area when the work was complete and made sure to minimize dust/debris at all times throughout the installation. We would definitely be happy to work with them on our window/door needs again in the future.

We had purchased a patio door and large window from Accents a year ago for a remodel and were very happy with the quality of the door and window, as well as the care of installation. So we went back to them to do all the other windows in our home. So we started knowing the type of windows we wanted. The up-front work measuring was careful and all windows showed up at the proper dimensions for installation. It took a few weeks longer than estimated to receive the windows due to COVID which was no big deal. The crew installed all of the windows (13) in one day and then took just a few hours the next day to finish caulking the exterior and do a final cleaning. So, installation was fast and well done. Excellent service from start to finish. The windows themselves are beautiful and high quality with all the modern features you would expect.
