Do NOT do business with this company! I tried to have a prescription filled and was given the total run around. They had me create an account, mail them my original prescript and sent me an email a week later saying I needed to call as they had my prescription. I called but was told they didn't have my prescription and I should email them a copy. Fortunately, I had taken a photo of it before sending. They said they wanted to take my payment while I waited but I thought better of it. 10 days into waiting I contacted them again to check on the status of my order and was again given the run around, claiming they needed to reconfirm the details of my order. I told them I did that on my last call and felt they were giving me the run around. They put me on hold and came back and told me the original would not reach them by mail for at least 3 weeks and their pharmacist couldn't read the email copy I'd sent the week prior. When I refused to give them payment in advance I was told my order would be placed "On Hold" until I paid. Terrible, terrible customer service! They're either scammers or a terrible company, but either way, do NOT waste your time trying to get a prescription from them.

I submitted two prescriptions, one for controlling high blood pressure and 2nd for heart problem on Nov 4, 2016. It is now Dec 27, 2016, and I find my self still waiting. I am very nervous because my prescriptions are running out. I have called numerous times and was told many times that the reshipment of my prescriptions is in processing. They gave me the same answer again and again everytime I called. I finally asked to talk to their Manager. A lady told me her Manager was busy and would call me back as soon as he is free. After more than an hour, I called back, and was told that Manager has left for home.
Nobody can take responsibility, even the Manager.
I file my complaint with the hope that people who use this service be careful.

I called to ensure that I was ordering the brand drug and not a generic, and the packing slip confirmed this in writing. I'm not sure what drug they sent, but it was not the brand prescribed or requested. The drug they sent created an immediate and uncomfortable - possibly dangerous - skin irritation and rash, and upon research, I discovered that sulfa (that I'm allergic to) is often added to a similar manufactured drug -- that has been taken off the market in the US! All trust is gone. I would never oder from them again.

They filled my prescription with an incorrect medicine and would not refund my money or take back the incorrect medicine. They did not tell me that they would substitute with an inferior medicine.
