I wish I cud leave less than 1 star. In less than 2 months this mashin has broken down 7 times now! I have to fight to get any help. I have already been put in the hospital once because of an infection due to them not replacing the defective unit for 3 days. Now a home care nurse is coming to check if I have to go back to the ER... AGAIN! THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST OUT THERE PERIOD! STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH!

This place sent a broken thing for my mom's knee fixin'. The Flex-Mate for the knees is supposed to be a machine that helps move the knee. They sent me a broken one and that's a big deal because if you don't move the knee it gets harder to move it later. I called in the morning and they said they'd call back. They didn't. I called again and they said the reps were out to lunch. They weren't. I called a third time and the third person said someone talked to me at 12:17 but they didn't. That was MY CALL!

I talked to Western Drug Medical Supply in Glendale, CA on July 27. They said they'd come pick up my CPAP device on July 29, but they didn't show up or call. I called them on July 29 and they said they'd come on August 2, but they didn't show up or call again. I tried calling the CPAP Department, but no one answered. I left messages with my contact info a few times, but no one answered. If they don't pick up the device, my insurance will charge me. I told my Pulmonologist about it. Western Drug Medical Supply didn't do what they said they would and they haven't responded. I hope you can help me fix this so I don't get charged.

I got a bill from Western Drug Medical Supply on May 27 for a breast pump. Then, on January 15, I received a letter with an invoice for the same breast pump bill. I didn't order this merchandise, so I called Anthem Blue Cross to see what pump they offered and would be insured. I tried to find out where the pump came from, but no one knew. However, we did have the pump that the insurance gave us vendors to order and were approved. I never received a bill or anything showing that the insurance denied them until Jan. I don't have documents or anything from that time, and I know I was given the type of pump that my insurance said they would cover, a Spectrum 6. Now, Western Drug Medical Supply is asking for us to pay this bill when it wasn't ordered by me or can I locate the person who might have ordered it because I had a prescription from my ob/gyn to submit to Blue cross and the vendor that gave me a pump when I submitted it and not this pump which I have never ordered or heard about. So they are asking me to pay for this pump which I no longer have. I got rid of it and was to be returned to them but have no record because it wasn't taken to the post office, but set outside due to covid.
