I have written for the last 6 + months about my smoker temp controller not working. It jumps all over with temp and does not read what it actually is. I have never gotten a return message or any help from Camp Chef. I have owned Camp Chef Pellet smokers for over 10 years now, but I guess I need to start looking for a better supportive brand. If I cannot cook on this unit without having to guess what the temp is all the time I cannot use it. Your support for this unit has now caused me to go beyond your warranty period which I guess is all part of the scam to not have to provide warranty. Also, the temp probs for meat temp the #4 does not work on this unit, I plug in a prob from another port that is working correctly but the # 4 port on the control panel does not read anything. I need replacement parts or this thing it garbage.
