This company is a scam- have never received the camera battery I ordered a month ago. Yesterday they sent a fake tracking number saying it was in transit- no link to any usps or other carrier.

I am an attorney who has been scammed by this company. Small companies that defraud their customers rely on the fact that their sales' totals, per customer, are small and therefore unlikely to trigger litigation. I am quarantined like everyone else and have time to work on a class action suit to seek redress from this fraudulent company. Moreover, I believe the high level of consumer fraud this company has engaged in should be under felony review by appropriate prosecutors. These actions will require the cooperation of a group of consumers willing to try to hold this company to account. If you have been a victim of this company's fraudulent practices please check the internet for my further postings in this matter.

I ordered a battery for my phone online. Never received a confirmation or tracking number. It has been 3 weeks since my order and still have not received the item. I ordered a battery for my phone online. Never received a confirmation or tracking number. It has been 3 weeks since my order and still have not received the item. Cannot reach them by phone or email. No response from the company. I had to give it 1 star rating so I can post this review but it should be a zero.

I am an attorney who has been scammed by this company. I ordered a battery for my McIntosh PC and never received the battery. They charged my card and I have never received the battery. I tried contacting them via their website and each time they send an email saying to submit the online form. I have done that numerous time and they have never answered my query as to when my order will be sent. I them asked them for a refund and they have never responded. They have my money and I have nothing. I called several times and left messages and they have not contacted me about sending the battery or issuing a refund.

Received the wrong battery. Tried to call, chat, and email the company with no response. I would an exchange for the correct battery. Order # CP-XXXXXRQ. Placed my order on May 27. Item is an apple battery *** Li-ion replacement battery. Received a battery on June 5. Item received was an HP *** battery. Send emails June 6, 9, and 12. No response. Called the X(XXX)XXX-XXXX Option 1,2,3 when selected has no response. Tried online chat with no response. Clicked on the get help with order twice with my information email and order #. No response.

Camera Power Pro Item paid for has not been shipped in over 3 weeks

Item paid for has not been shipped in over 3 weeks. I ordered a replacement battery on April 10 and as of May 5 the order has not shipped yet and the company has not responded to my inquiries.

I have not received the items that i have purchased and no one will answer any type of correspondence. On 4/21, I purchased a laptop battery from Camera Power Pro. Order # CP-XXXXXRQ. It was an Apple A-1496 battery for a MacBook Air. The battery was *** In addition, I paid and extra *** in order to have the expedited 2-3 day shipping. The total order was for *** It is currently May 6, or 15 days later and I have still not received my battery. I have tried on an almost daily basis to get in contact with someone at this company. I have called the number on their website, XXX-XXX-XXXX, but my calls have never been answered. I have emailed the address on their website, *** but have never received a reply.My payment was made through PayPal and i have tried to go through them as well. But their customer service department just says that they are forwarding my issues to the seller. I have attached my receipt to this for your review.

I made a online purchased, and received the item, I noticed the item purchased was incorrect size, requested a refund I received a battery which is incorrect for the size of camcorder I have, I requested a refund, company say I will get a response soon, when I called them directly, I was unable to talk or leave a message

No confirmation of order and non-receipt of item ordered On April 24 I went online to CameraPowerPro's website and ordered a Nikon MH-679 Charger for an EN-EL23 Battery at a cost of $12.50 and paid $8.99 for expedited shipping through DHL (tracking #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX). My first concern was when I did not receive a confirmation of my order through text or email. I noticed that payment was taken from my checking account (I used my debit card as payment) My order #*** When I click on the DHL tracking number I am directed to the USPS website where it states "USPS currently awaiting package" I have emailed CameraPowerPro with no response. I called XXX-XXX-XXXX on 4/30 and was given the company dates and hours of operation which I was well within those parameters and had to leave a message. As of this date, 5/2, I have received no response from the company. The only email I received from them was on 4/29 stating that my item had been delivered, which it had not. I would either like my item to be delivered as promised or a total refund of purchase/shipping cost

Camera Power Pro I ordered two batteries and a battery charger

I ordered two batteries and a battery charger. They sent the wrong model of charger. The two batteries don't fit in the charger. My order is ***. I ordered two NP-FH50 batteries and a corresponding battery charger. The two batteries work fine in my camcorder, but the charger is the wrong model. My two new batteries do not fit in this charger. The charger is clearly marked as "For SON FW50" batteries, not the FH50 that I ordered. I used CameraPowerPro's website to request an exchange - no response. I called several times for several days; not once did anyone answer my calls.

Camera Power Pro Product ordered and never received

Product ordered and never received. Terrible customer service, email and calls go unanswered. I placed my order May 3,2020. Order number ***. I ordered a Apple ***/A, ***/A, ***/A Li-Ion Replacement Battery for MacBook Pro 15 inch Notebooks × 1, I received an order confirmation email right away which states my order which shows shipping details stating 4-5 days. Today is March 18,2020 and I still do not have my item. I have 3-4 voicemails with no call back. I have left several emails following up on my order they have not been responded to although the site clearly states I will get a response in 24-48 hours. I have utilized the chat with us option and still no response. No one answers the phone, doesn't matter the time of the day... I paid $33.99 with a *** debit card.
