77 year old golfer from Phila., Pa. playing 5 times a week. I ordered a Callaway BB 23 RH 9 Hybrid LGT through Amazon and was sent the wrong club not once, but 3 times. Each delivery had incorrect specs and model, and no one from Callaway clarified the issue or offered proper fix. Amazon Executive team was helpful as much as they could be, but breakdown was on Callaway end. This is unacceptable from the Callaway brand I have trusted for years. From Callaway I expect real customer support- not repeated mistakes.
Desired outcome: I want a direct contact and rep to follow up. And I still want to buy the club
