Cadieux Roofing did a beautiful job re-shingling our roof and shed last week. They were recommended to us by a few neighbours and we can certainly understand why: they do a beautiful job at a very reasonable price and take pride in their work. We especially appreciated that they do not contract out their work and that they kept us informed throughout the process. The crew showed up on time despite the 40+ degree humid weather and were polite and hard-working. The roof looks great and it's easy to tell that it was done by professionals. We will definitely be adding our names to the list of people recommending Cadieux Roofing!

I have used Cadieux Roofing Inc. for several of my homes over the years and have always received the best service possible. From small touchups, to 2 complete roof re-shinglings, the Cadieux Roofing Inc. team has always been professional, courteous and informative each step of the way. Cadieux Roofing was recommended by relatives who are very particular about their home. We are happy with the roofing job, the installation of vents, and our unasked for senior discount. Our previous roofer left behind so many nails throughout our lawns. None left behind with Cadieux Roofing. Great cleanup and nice to see the owner, Mr. Cadieux, on site, plus both Sarah and John in the office are friendly, caring people who just want to provide a nice job for a nice price. We had Cadieux replace the shingles on our first house in Stonebridge. The price was very reasonable and there was a seniors discount. We heard about the company from a fellow in the development who said they did his home and they were happy with the result and the materials used in the project. My next door neighbor saw the terrific work on our house and they had Cadieux also do their house roofing. The job was done on time and they cleaned up the whole area promptly. We had the owner come back after the winter to fix up a small issue over our kitchen area and callback was done without any complaint. Cadieux is a great company and I highly recommend them. Ray L

This is an excellent roofing company that I would recommend to anyone. Cadieux Roofing and his crew have been together for a number of years and are extremely professional at what they do. They not only put a new roof on but corrected several mistakes from the previous roofer years ago. The premises was left spotless upon completion of their job, no throwing of used shingles and nails on your lawn or flower beds. All shingles were carried and dumped into a dumpster. Their office manager, Jane Smith, does a remarkable job looking after all the administration. She always keeps you up to date with bookings through emails or phone calls and looks after the different methods of billing. If you're looking for a new roof, you will not regret using Cadieux Roofing. Walter

I gave this company 5 stars. I interview 4 companies before I hired them to do my roof, and I am so happy I selected them. I love the finished product. The previous shingles were not that old but had been installed by inexperienced people. Cadieux roofers corrected all the defects and repaired the damage that resulted from the previous job. Cadieux roofing has a team of experienced roofers, great equipment, and uses quality products. The crew was punctual, hard working and left the job site clean and tidy at the end of the day. My roof was a 2 day job. I also am grateful for the assistance I had selecting the colour for my roof. I have nothing but praise for Cadieux Roofing…. On time; on budget (a very fair price) and a beautiful new roof.

A roof is a big expenditure and you won't find anyone better than Cadieux. I had a bad experience with a large roofing company for my last roof so I wanted to go with a small company where the owner was personally involved. I was completely blown away by how much better the experience was. Both the owner and the team were great to work with, the competitive quote, the attention to detail, the top-notch workmanship, the immaculate cleanup, the follow-up, everything was great from beginning to end, including keeping me apprised during the COVID shutdown. The owner was onsite all three days and happily answered any questions that I had. Don't waste your time with anyone else. I got Cadieux Roofing to reshingle my roof after two neighbours had their roofs done by Cadieux and recommended them. One of them did a ton of research before he selected Cadieux. You can save some research time and effort too; just go with Cadieux. Everything was very professional: the customer interaction with their team estimating the job, the competitive price, communicating with Heather in the office, and with the guys on site, the quality of their work on site, and the cleanup during and at the end of the job. The quality of this company is top shelf; I can't think of anything I would want done better. The roof looks beautiful. Competitive pricing, top quality, and very professional; why look anywhere else. I promise you will not regret hiring them! I didn't.

The roof was finished yesterday. Although unfortunate that it was behind schedule, they warned us clearly and up front that there was a risk of rain delay and heavy rains this year did indeed delay the work. Their office was very good at keeping us informed, answered questions promptly and helpfully, and provided administrative support effectively. The crew that did the work at the house were polite, helpful and cooperative. They provided clear communication about safety and the requirements of both sides for the work. They adapted to our schedule requirements as well, seeking to ensure that their work and ours could go on easily. They were careful about cleanup for both safety and cleanliness. This company was recommended to us and have done most of the roofs in our neighbourhood; we will recommend them to others.

I had Cadieux Roofing replace my roof on a bungalow in Stonebridge about 4 years ago. The workmanship was excellent and the owner, Mr. Cadieux, was on site seeing that the work was done properly. The pricing was fair and reasonable. Additionally, later I had a major kitchen renovation done by another contractor which resulted in rerouting the kitchen plumbing vent which in turn inadvertently resulted in a roof area leak and some damage to the renovated area. Mr. Cadieux himself made two trips here to determine the source of the leak which he found and resolved right away. Heather was excellent in coordinating the work, especially given the short notice to Cadieux Roofing. Again, the repair costs were fair and reasonable. To conclude, I would highly recommend Cadieux Roofing in an industry which requires very careful selection of a contractor! Sincerely, Ron B.

I had my roof done 15 years ago and has to be replaced. My neighbour's roof which was installed a year later at about the same price is In excellent shape. My mistake was not doing any research into the shingle brand and the recommendation of someone I don't know very well. At that time I was too busy taking over a restaurant. I have 3 quotes and then I remembered a roofer I used to deliver Chinese food at Cadieux Roofing. When I looked at the reviews at their website, I was blown away by the good comments. As they only use high-quality shingles, one of the best shingles, I thought the price will be expensive. It isn't so. Moreover, I learned that the boss Mr. Cadieux is involved in the installation. As my former customers used to say to me that my food does not taste as good when the boss is not around! I am very satisfied with my new roof and the color recommended by the boss give a refreshing look to my 30 years house.

A great local company. The employees were fast, professional and, apart from a newly shingled roof, left no evidence they had been on our property. I live in a townhouse connect to another and the workers even cleaned the neighbours area on the off-chance some debris had landed there. The booking was made 6 months ago but they held the price for materials, despite rapid increases in the interim. The price was highly competitive and based on that alone I would likely have tilted towards choosing them for the work. However, once I read the positive reviews it was an easy decision. Of note: When the estimate was made, I guess I looked too young for their senior's discount but some time later when they found out my age they gave me the 10% discount with no issue. This tells they are highly trustworthy and honest—I can imagine other scenarios with a less honourable company. I highly recommend Cadieux Roofing! Great job, Cadieux Roofing!

WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Less than one week from the day I first contacted Cadieux Roofing, my house had a new roof! I'm certain a lot of the quick turnaround had to do with impeccable timing and flexibility, and I'm thrilled it all worked out. From the administrative details to the finished product, Cadieux had all the bases covered! When the representative arrived to do an estimate, he clearly explained all his recommendations, right down to the colour of the shingles. Along with the quote, he presented a prepared information package containing everything I needed to know to make a decision. Upon deciding to move ahead, Heather then provided all the logistical details, quickly responding to any questions. The Cadieux team showed up right on time, both days (it was a 2-day project), kept the worksite tidy while on the premises (including tarps to cover the areas that would eventually hold debris) and made sure the property was clean when they left. I'm now the happy owner of a home with a beautiful new roof. Thanks to the team for making this such a smooth, easy process.

I brought in JP and his crew in 2017 to replace my roof. I couldn't have been more pleased with the price, the service, or the result. Everything matched the quote, and the quote reflected the same materials and labour I'd been quoted elsewhere but at a better price. Normally that means sacrificing something, but the crew did a great job. Arrived early on the stated date, did a high quality installation, and left the site looking like they'd never even been there. No nails hanging around waiting to puncture tires or debris that I had to pick up myself. Last year I had some water come in during heavy rain on top of standing snow that I thought might be due to loose flashing. JP made time to come in for a look between jobs and identified the issue wasn't the flashing but rather some loose mortar on my nearby chimney. He took care of that with some caulking and things have been perfect ever since. Couldn't have asked for better pre or post service and will definitely be returning to JP and his crew for any work in the future. If only all interactions with contractors went so smoothly...
