Esso

On Sunday January 13th, 2019 at approx noon, I went to the Esso service station in Kirkland Quebec located on the corner of Brunswick Blvd and St-Charles road, to fill up with gas and a car wash.
I went to the service counter to purchase my car wash using my Esso Extra card. The service station employee (I believe his name was Rajif), swiped my card twice and told me I do not have enough points for a Deluxe car wash.
I found it strange to not have enough points for a car wash and said so to the attendant.
He then became extremely agitated and started raising his voice and accused me of calling him a thief. I told him that I did not call him and thief and he retorted that my initial statement made it look like he was stealing points from me. He continued by saying that he doesn't need to steal that he owns the Esso gas station. The attendant then threw my card and receipt on the counter and told me to get out.

I told the attendant that you cannot talk to clients that way and that I was going to file a complaint. He then said to go ahead because he is the boss and again told me to get out.

I would like this employee to be reprimanded and to go for Psychological evaluation. He was terribly verbally abusive for no reason other than my comment on my esso extra card not having enough points.
