I came through the drive thru on saturday night at 10:20 pm, i've ordered a medium gingerbread iced coffee made with milk and no beverage base. When the supervisor came to take our money I tried it and simply asked her to repeat how my iced coffee was made, she told me and I nicely told her that the coffee was burnt and that I would like a new one. She rudely said "well it's going to be from the same batch" I told her I work at a tim hortons and that what she could do for me was put hot coffee and then a lot of ice since I know the pots are always fresh! I'm disgusted in the way I was treated.. Never once would I ever speak to my customers that way! She never apologized for anything and just slammed the window on our faces.
