Tim Hortons

So rude, employee talking on phone while talking order and cash at window. No please or thank you. Bagel hard as a rock and u cooked when asking for double toasted, sausage wrap nearly all tortilla with no filling. Employees not knowledgeable telling us what were asking for doesn't exist when we order it almost daily. Earlier this week asked for blueberry timbits and got home with a box of old fashioned plain. Probably the worst Tim Hortons we've ever been to and could definitely benefit from constructive feedback to improve well, everything!
