Liquor Control Board of Ontario [LCBO]

I live in Bobcaygeon, when i arrive the door is locked and people are inside with a door locked. I find this practice unsafe. I am sure there are people that would like to return to work or would love a job, like most business here in Bobcaygeon they have hired a staff to stand by the door to let people in and out. But this store locks the door waits for all the people to leave and then allows only 5 in. I spoke with the staff there they say they do not have enough staff. This is an usafe practice locking people into a store, there must be fire safety rules against this.
