McDonald's

April 12, 2021, I went through store #22053 drive through. The staff member Sheuli was not friendly in the least while taking my order! Almost rude. She didn't say thank you or anything at all she really has no people skills. Very poor customer service. I can't imagine the poor staff that end up working with her.
While waiting for my order. Shayla seemed to be the one getting the order ready and taking payment while Sheuli was just taking the orders but not doing anything!
I do think that McDonald's should have this person Sheuli participate in some customer service skills. This is not the first time this has happened with this individual.

I've also heard that Minal, the manager of this specific store # 22053 is a bully. She yells inappropriately at the crew. She has called Shayla names. Like stupid, dumb, degraded her repeatedly, - really McDonald's, you allow this to continue. Reports and meetings have been made however nothing has been done to resolve the issue. Clearly something needs to be done at this location. Seems like a very toxic work environment with a bully who also plays favoritism. But to allow bullying to continue to occur. Shameful McDonald's - get in there and do something about this!
