KFC - Order never arrived, Employee hang up on me

Order delivery online in advance (Ottawa, ON, the store address: 2670 Alta Vista Drive, Ottawa, K1V 7T4, Canada), and it never arrives, call 5 times, the first call they said will be out for delivery in 10 mins then 45 mins later it still not show up, call the 2-3-4 they hang up, till the 5-time another staff answered and complain about the current promotion so they decided not to make my order (!?) then I asked for cancel and refund, they declined and told me to go the website to cancel, I tried to log in and cancel but the website not load correctly, then I use "Track my order" through the link they send (online order) to my email to track but got "Error 404" so basically, the website sucks, the employee sucks, I lost my money for fking nothing
