Starbucks

The same situation keeps happening… I moved to Orillia and we now have a new Starbucks close to our house. We were super excited about this until I found out they make the drinks wrong just like the other Orillia store (University Ave). I tried going up the baristas to say something but they were too busy. Both myself and my husbands drinks were wrong and had to end up throwing them out. I am not one to customize my Frappuccino's so it should be pretty standard across all locations.

Moving forward I won't be going to any Starbucks in Orillia because I am tired of wasting my money and being disappointed. Good luck with the new memorial store if you have the other Orillia staff train that one as well. The Starbucks beside Weber's on highway 11 is the best and only one that knows how to follow the Frappuccino recipe correctly.

I officially give up on Orillia Starbucks and would just like a refund please.
