Canada Post - Customer service at the Hopedale mall post office location

June 16 2021- I was there (Canada Post Hopedale Mall 1515 Rebecca a St Oakville On L6L5G0) around 3.45 pm. I had 5 envelopes to post so I needed to buy 5 stamps. I also had an other 5 enveloppes to put inside the 5 1st ones for a document return. I explained all of this to the Lady Montaserrat. I told her it's for my work and it's legal document that have to be signed and returned, that the receiver will keep one copy of the document inside and sign and return the second copy inside the 2nd enveloppe that I am prepaying. She pretended she didn't understand me again. She made no effort what's so ever, she complained, she was not polite and her non verbal expressions with her body and eyes were so hateful and insulting. She acted and expressed that I confused her so much that she can't even fonction or do her job. I felt so humiliated and I apologised to her and to the lady that was waiting (later on more people were lining up).
When finally she understood, she said no! Ones I put a stamp on un enveloppe it's property of canada post and I the costumer can not touch it anymore to put the return prepayed enveloppe inside. I said Ok I understand. So I told her that the solution was for me to buy stamps for the prepayed enveloppes 1st and put them inside the enveloppes that contained my documents. She pretended that she didn't understand again. I told her how about if you weight one enveloppe (I choose the heaviest one) and give me 10 same stamps and I will put on the eveloppes my self. She then said OK. She went to her register to pick one sheet of stamps that contained 6 stamps each for $1.94. She then grabbed an other sheet to complete to the 10 count I needed. I payed 19.03.
Only when I looked at the receipt I saw that the last 4 stamps were 1.30 each so not enough. I asked her to fix it what she went on to do without saying she was sorry she grabbed and scanned he wrong ones. That's fine with me. I only wanted to get out of there. I waited on my red sticker until I saw her putting stamps in raws. 4 each raw. Obviously I knew that she was trying to complete the $1.94 by adding 3 stamps to the $1.30. I told her nicely, I understand what you are trying to do but these documents are important and legal and I prefer if you return the wrong stamps and just give me different ones for the right amount. At that point I was worried to get mixed up. She insisted it's the same thing for few times but I insisted also. She finally accepted to return the stamps. She went to her register and spend like 5 minute at least trying to figure it out to tell me at the end that she can't return and that's it's impossible. I told her that I am very sorry that she can't do her job so I can do mine. I asked her to give me the wrong stamps and left to go to a different post office. Of course the other lay understood exactly what I was trying to do. She even advised me to put the prepayed enveloppe inside and weight again. Witch I am very grateful for because one of the enveloppes indeed became heavier than the $1.94 and I had to pay more. I put the stamps on the 5 enveloppes, I put them inside the other other 5 enveloppes, she rechecked each enveloppe again one more time. She puts the stamps and sent them. This happened at 4.54. I spend an hour at the 1 st location and I got abused, mistreated and humiliated by this person. She can't even pretend that she was stressed by the work load, I was her only costumer for the 1st 15 min or so. At the 2nd location, the nice lady asked me to step aside and finish everything while she took care of her other costumers and than when I was ready she asked me to go back and finish what I cam there to do : send 5 enveloppes.
