I own a small business where I sell jewelry to customers around the world. Earrings were sent to France and were received by the customer an empty envelope which was not even closed by the postal office. The customer has sent me pictures for proof. Please investigate this issue and let me know about the results of the investigation. This event may prevent me to use Canada Post as the shipment partner to my business.
