We got our car washed at super wash at ESSO on 5585 Winston Churchill road, the wash turned out to be very bad. We got to know once we reached home and saw dust on the car. We returned to the ESSO station and complained, however a cust service associate - Kishan examined the car and said this is how it looks on black coloured car. Also he mentioned that their policy states it is not their responsibility once the car is off the premise. I argued saying one would be able to make out the dust remains on the car only after it is dried. The associate - Kishan was very rude, absolutely not empathetic. He made us feel insulted and humiliated. We had never ever faced such humiliation anytime in this 4 years in Canada. There is always a way to talk to customers. And there is always a way to understand system may do things wrong and that it can be their mistake too.
