I picked my shoes from Aldo heartland town centre and I am a regular customer of this store and picked my shoes and returned them the next day in less than 12 hrs and based on her own assumptions she declined the return! Harassed me …I left my work in between and came but was kept un attended

And she kept doing her own work refused to tell her name said she was the manager on duty. I really want such people to be removed from customer service because they don’t know what they are doing ! Such a poor customer service and unethical behaviour which should be addressed immediately .
