Shoppers Drug Mart - return of product gotten from pharmacy

I had gotten meds from the pharmacy from this location to use before my surgery and told me I only needed 1 bottle and can return the other one as I didn't need 2. It was never opened and the seal was still on it.

Joanne the lady at the pharmacy without me finishing what I was saying said I could not return the item rudely.

Never returning back to this location again thanks to her.
