Joined Feb 2020 just before the pandemic, went a few times then stopped when it closed, when it opened couldn't get in and they back charged me for all the months it closed, then it closed down again. Talked to someone in Jan 2021 and asked to cancel, they said I was calling too soon so I called back March 2, 2021 to make sure it was cancelled, they said it wasn't cancelled, I had to give another 30 days notice + pay the yearly fee because I didn't give 30 days notice which I did + pay the 3 moths to make up for the time they were closed. I pay for my son's membership there too, he wants to go but can't get an appointment to go because all the spots book up in seconds so I'm going to have to pay his yearly fee + 3 months for when they were closed and he can't go either. Was told by crunch that's just the way it is and if I don't pay everything they'll send it to collections, told me not to complain by email because they email would just go to my local Crunch anyway. Disgusting! Crunch gives gyms a bad name.
