Beverly Tire

i went to beverly tire on june 7 to have front brakes installed on my 99 mustang gt. They installed front brake pads and rotors and did an oil change for a cost ofn $589.65. The same day i was driving and noticed a odd smell like something burning. I thought they maybe spilled some oil or perhaps some lubicant on the brakes. After less than 20 km on the car it started shaking and the smell was still there. I took it to the nearby garage and they put it up on the lift. They told me the caliper was seized. The same tire on the passenger front that i complained the brakes were making a noise. I took the car back to Beverly Tire and told them about the problem and that i had noticed the smell the same day i picked up the car. They said that there was no problem with the caliper when they did the brake job, replaced the caliper and brakes pads and rotors again and charged me another $562.49. I think this is a bit suspect and dont beleive i should have been charged labour again. I dont mind paying for the parts but over a thousand dollars for front brakes?
