I am just going to attach pictures to show my experience today. I was brought in by referral from someone who paid off their lease in full and this is the service I experienced which is unfortunate.
-Wrong receipts attached to my paperwork.
-Lease info not matching to my account.
-Missed call within mins of leaving the store only to learn that my updated information...was still inputted wrong not by 1 but 2 customer service reps.
-Wasn't informed until after I paid the initial setup fee that delivery times were only between 12-5 (I work full time 6 days a week- I told then this on Thursday and Saturday when I returned) and that I should consider "their feelings and supervisors expected finish time" and "don't I have vacation days?"
-My favorite: "A king mattress!? Why would you get a king mattress? Oh dear, we'd have to order that (I'm cool with it); you might have to get it used (not okay with that) we can give you a queen (I have a king sized bedframe/hence me asking in interest)
All this for wrong receipts and inaccurately added orders.
Followed up efficiently with a step-by-step resolution offered.
