Tim Hortons

I'm so sick of your new lids. I'm covered in coffee with every cup. This incident I had a full extra large coffee, lid unopened and went to take it out of my cup holder in my truck. Your crap lid pops off and coffee all over my seat. Every person I know hates your lids. If they don't change I will no longer be a customer. I drive transports for a living so I drink a lot of Tim Hortons coffee, please go back to the flat lids. Ps you owe me a steam clean for my truck seat. No very friggin impressed . Several friends and I went to Tim Hortons in Cobourg. I bought plant based omelette and bacon, egg & cheese sandwich. I ate the omelette in Tims and took the sandwich with me and we went to the Sandbanks Beach. When I opened the Tims bag later on the beach, I found the bacon, egg & cheese sandwich was overcooked to dark. Since we were on the beach, I couldn't go back Tims to return it. So, I had to toss it. But I want you to know that food burned to that degree is carcinogenic and shouldn't be sold to customers.
