I and my family ordered two burgers (beyond meat and chicken). During the course of placing an order the server took the wrong order and upon asking the amount we were advised $34. Cost of about 4 burgers or so.
My husband rejected the order but I wanted to clarify the situation and at the window asked the staff to listen to customer's order with attention to details. All of a sudden the lady inside listening asked me to shut up and never come again.
I was in state of shock as I didn't recognise the lady.
Later I did some investigation and found she is none other but the store owner.
The behaviour was just derogatory, customer centric business are run on ground rules and good work ethics. I request this complaint of verbal abuse to be taken seriously. No customer should be treated in such as manner. This store lacks professionalism.
Bad service at A&W on St Catherine St E near St Denis streets in Montreal. The server is a black female who hates whiite English people and refuses to speak English to them. I tried to order a burger and she called me over to her cash from the one I was at and asked in French if I'm paying cash or debit. I said cash so she said to go back to the other cashier. She was jerking me around and I left. For the last time. I had bad service from this psycho before. She used to work on Beaubien St in Montreal and had the same rotten attitude. Why don't they fire her? She must be bonking the owner. A%W really has gone to the dogs for service.
